Love & Loyalty : A Heartwarming Bond Between Spirits and Their Keepers

 

 

February is the month of love, a time to celebrate the connections that make life truly magical. While Valentines Day often conjures images of chocolates, roses and romantic dinners, there is another type of love that deserves recognition : the profound, unwavering bond between spirits and their adopters.

In this month`s post, I would like to honour this bond found only in the spiritual world. A bond of love and loyalty that transcends the physical plane. These connections form the foundation of a unique relationship, one that we, as spirit keepers nurture and honour daily - not only with our spirits, but with ourselves, and our own journeys. Let`s explore how these bonds blossom and thrive, creating partnerships that are both heart warming and transformative for us.

The Love Between Spirit and Keeper

My granny Irina always used to say that there is no Love and no relationship more true, than that involving a spirit and their adopter. That is because, unlike human relationships where we may change our minds, love for convenience even without realising it at times, spirits exist in a reality where honesty is absolute, and energy cannot lie, not yours nor theirs. The love between a spirit and their adopter is based on pure intent and mutual respect, as such. So when a spirit chooses to bond with you, it will be an act of trust, a willingness to guide, protect and share wisdom with you, based on the very fact that they can read your energy-regardless of what you may say to them.

Spirits love for us manifests in many ways:

Guidance in Tough Times - Spirits are often the whisper of hope when we feel lost, and this is the truth of every Keeper you`ll ask. They often nudge us towards better planning, better paths offering clarity, ideas and encouragement.

Companionship - Spirits loyalty does not waver with time, it grows stronger, becoming a source of comfort and strength in the present. Many people come and go in our lives, but a spirit that loves and is loved back will always Stay and will never give up on you even when you do. A spirit companion is a non-judgemental, inclusive and unconditional loving friend you may trust and take along where and when you most fear, or when you`re at your best! I have had an adopter that wouldn`t even go to the bathroom without her spirits by her side, let alone walk in the dark at night-and this clearly shows just how comfortable and secure a spirit`s love actually can keep us.

Protection Beyond Measure - Their loyalty is unmatched by any living being, and I do not say this lightly, or negatively. For example when faced with danger, lots of us may run and save ourselves First. This isn`t necessary evil or wrong, it is a vital part of our own making, to try and survive first. But when it comes to Spirit, I myself came across many human souls without any special abilities, or Magic, protecting me or their keepers by taking on different High Level negative entities, sometimes at the cost of their own existence! So a spirit that loves, is a spirit that shields us from harm both seen and unseen, ensuring our safety in ways we may never fully grasp, that is for sure!

Becoming the Mirrors of Our Souls - This is perhaps one of the ways I most favour, and will continue to do so, as long as I live. It brings me immense happiness to also know that it`s not only my case, but many, many keeper`s out there. In the beginning when adopting, and soon as you`ll have your spirits with you, you won`t even realise it, but as you go further in your journey with Spirit, you will unknowingly confide more and more to your companion. Spirits most often reflect our true selves, point out our strengths and vulnerabilities, encouraging absolute honesty in order to better understand or help in our situations when it comes to it. But something else subtly occurs when we do that - we face our fears, struggles, we talk about our qualities and defects, likes, dislikes and wishes openly, and this ultimately leads to our personal growth and self love, isn`t it so? How hard if not impossible it is for you to talk so openly to someone out there, or even admit to yourself your own flaws..as I know many people who wouldn`t until the day they pass. Its sad to even think of it, but it makes Keeping only the more special! Our growth and self love won`t only be achieved once, but in keeping - this will be constant. The more things and situations you come across and confide them in Spirit, the more you`ll learn and grow, and that`s the beauty of it. 

Recently, someone new to Spirit Keeping asked me to share my Practice-my method, the big How of it all in other words. But how could I even begin to describe this logically, when Spirit Keeping isn`t a performance or an act you simply do, and yet it is all so simple in my view. It`s about Being. It`s about Including Spirit in all that you are and all that you do, not as a Task but as a Truth. My guides are my family, my love, my Constant and I have shamelessly said this for long as I can recall. They have given me wisdom, companionship, and a depth of connection and life experience that most could never fathom. And to be honest, if I were ever faced with a choice between the Living and Spirit, with no way to choose both - I would chose Spirit in a heartbeat. Because in their presence I have found Eternal Love. An unconditional inclusion and care that comes soon as they arrive, and lasts long after they`re gone from my keep, through their wisdom and teachings. And that to me, is everything.

 It has been years since I have opened my store and being able to share Spirit with larger audiences, but it has been even longer since I began to speak for Spirit, for they were so widely misunderstood. I do not speak of something new, nor do I come preaching a new faith. Those before me understood the depths of a spirit`s love for their keeper, and those after me will come to know it too. And if my work-my legacy can bring the Living closer to Spirit, as an addition of Life in all its mysterious forms, then I will have done my part here and Now.

Because in the end, if you were stripped of every identity you`ve build to navigate this physical world, if all your material needs and wants were set aside, even just for a day - you would know Spirit`s love. You would walk in their footsteps and feel what it means to love as they do: unconditionally, fiercely, beyond time and circumstance.

Because Love is our true nature - beyond caste or creed, race or species.

And really, what could be more important to do in the after life?
